Join NSB Omega as a Safety Advisor supporting a prominent Oil & Gas Client in Nanticoke, ON. Enhance safety management systems and mentor SSHE personnel on best practices.
This role focuses on providing senior-level safety support to Project Leadership and EPC Contractors. You'll lead the implementation of safety initiatives, regulatory compliance measures, and risk management practices. By fostering a strong safety culture, you will mentor junior staff while ensuring the effective oversight of compliance and field safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement safety standards and procedures
• Conduct field audits and identify safety hazards
• Lead incident investigations and emergency response planning
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare safety reports
