Introduce Soitec and context of the position
This position reports to the Manager ot Manufacturing Excellence as an integral part of this fast-paced team. This role will play a critical role in NPW (Non Productive Wafer management) and performing the daily task to ensure the availability of meterial to ensure the smooth operational execution without quality impact and disuption of production.
What does the job consist?- On-Time Delivery: Monitor and expedite all NPW lots to support production in meeting the daily plan outputs for customer (plant end users) demand.
- Overall NPW WIP management : Control NPW WIP and plan for starts and recycling to achieve NPW cost, tool time, and inventory targets. Work with shift Manufacturing team to ensure good housekeeping of NPW WIP.
