Job Description

Overview

Provide engineering technical leadership, support and direction for complex projects on new product launches and existing product line support around new and existing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads projects for the research, development, and implementation of new processes & materials with a focus on joining processes using adhesives, soldering, welding and mechanical attachment:
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions for manufacturing process problems
  • Performs experiments in order to compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications
  • Creates project plans including, creation of schedules, design of experiments, development of equipment, budgetary considerations, and process implementation.
