A leading EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) client in Malaysia is seeking an experienced NPI Purchasing Manager to join their expanding team in the Northern Region. The role will coordinate with engineering, program management, and suppliers to ensure smooth transitions from development to mass production.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with R&D, engineering, and program teams to understand product requirements, BOM changes, and support NPI project timelines.
- Lead sourcing strategies for new components, ensuring timely supplier selection, cost competitiveness, and alignment with NPI milestones.
