Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support product/product NPI in feasibility, characterization and qualification.
- Manage to conduct DOE and optimization for evaluation study.
- Initiate/implement continuous improvement projects, process optimization and characterization for continual improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs for scheduling and adjust timelines as needed to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate to customer on the engineering build timeline and progress.
- Keep track and maintain on all engineering work details.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary.
- Program Management of new products introduction.
- Drive yield, quality and productivity improvement program.
- Update and generate documentation for process-related changes.
