Job Description
Fazer Confectionery invites a Senior Specialist, Process development and NPI to drive new product introductions and process improvements. You will work hands-on with production, plan test runs, and collaborate across the organization to implement solutions and monitor KPIs.
You will lead projects on the factory floor, train users in NPI processes, and contribute to investment initiatives with cross-functional teams.
