Job Description Summary: Assist to perform Shop Trials and RSS Support for NPI.

Role Overview

Assist the NPI team in the preparation for, conduct of, and data documentation of process trials, repair source substantiation demonstrations.

Ideal Candidate

Proactive Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering graduates with strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, drawings, and GD&T, who learn quickly, communicate well, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Technical Writing experience.
• Lean principles familiarity.
