MISSION: Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and capital deployment across multiple facilities, with primary focus on rail motor products. Ensure the successful development, industrialization, and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology that deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and scalable production. Own technical execution, capital planning, and process performance to drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost across all sites. OUTCOMES: Capital Planning & Execution: 90% of projects on time and within approved budgets. Complete RCE approvals and Cap Ex execution aligned with business objectives and ROI targets.
