Job Description
Job Responsibility
1. Product Development & Transition
- Serve as the main point of contact between design and manufacturing teams during the product development lifecycle.
- Review product designs to ensure manufacturability (DFM) and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and oversee pilot production runs to validate production processes and workflows.
2. Process Development & Optimization
- Establish robust manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Identify potential production issues and provide engineering solutions to mitigate risks.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.
3. Project Management
- Develop and manage project plans for NPI activities, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
