ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager for a high-tech client, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Norwegian‑speaking market — focusing on retention, growth, and long-term relationship development. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them get maximum value from their technology investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for Norwegian‑speaking clients
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to each client's business objectives
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and contract renewal
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients — presenting performance data and strategic recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
