Skill: Norwegian Language Location: Kolkata Candidates should have exp or knowledge of speaking, Writing ,Reading in Norwegian language. Key Responsibilities: Assist front line teams in Kolkata to comprehend Norwegian language written communication which they receive from customer over email / client systems. Key tasks include processing of orders, service feasibility check, configuration of products, customer & contractor follow up, error handling & corrections, understanding emails from back office set up in Norway both in free text, templates Help teams to frame correct Norwegian language emails / system notes.
