Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

β€’ Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and effective manner, escalating complex concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.

β€’ Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and order details within the system.

β€’ Keep up to date with company policies, procedures, and services to deliver reliable information to customers.

β€’ Support a positive and team-oriented work environment.

β€’ Perform basic troubleshooting tasks when required.



Job Qualifications:

β€’ Must have completed at least a high school education or equivalent; college undergraduates are welcome.

β€’ At least 1 year BPO experience

β€’ Must be able to work on-site.

β€’ Willing to attend interviews conducted on-site.
