Job Description

Voyago, Transdev Ontario, is hiring an Operations Supervisor to fill an existing opening based in our Etobicoke office, supporting operations across the GTA regions.

Your role:

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency.

  • Completes bi-weekly attendant schedule
  • Ensures vehicle availability
  • Completes payroll
  • Completes new hire orientation training
  • Conducts driving assessments and field audits
  • Maintains afternoon dispatch board to ensure proper resources are available
  • Administers progressive discipline in coordination with Operations and General Manager
  • Ensures base cleanliness by establishing base cleaning schedule
  • Completes at least 4 monthly driver ghosting’s as required
