Job Description
We are seeking a NOC Analyst II to join our Network Operations Center team, supporting hundreds of municipalities and organizations across the United States and Canada. This is a mid‑level overnight position for a technically strong professional who can independently manage complex network and system issues, mentor junior analysts, and ensure optimal performance and uptime across client environments.
Work Schedule
- Option A – Friday – Monday (4 days) – 10 hours
- Option B – Thursday – Monday (5 days) – 8 hours
- Saturday and Sunday availability is mandatory for both schedule options.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network and system performance continuously using monitoring tools and software throughout the overnight shift.
