• Sort, grade and inspect fish and seafood for quality and size according to production guidelines.
• Perform manual processing tasks such as cleaning, gutting, de‑heading, shelling, trimming or filleting as instructed.

• Weigh, pack, label and prepare processed product for storage or shipment, ensuring accurate documentation.
