Job Summary

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through project close-out. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel to ensure work is completed to specification.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations.
