Job Summary Manage planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through project close-out. Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet milestones and deadlines. Prepare and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and on-site personnel to ensure work is completed to specification. Review construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations. Oversee site safety and quality control processes, conduct inspections, and address non-conformances.
