Job Summary

Supervise daily operations of accommodation, travel and tourism services to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences. Coordinate staff, workflows and compliance with industry standards to support efficient service delivery.

• Supervise and coordinate front-line teams including reception, housekeeping and guest services to maintain service standards.
• Develop and manage staff schedules and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage.
• Train, mentor and evaluate team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints, implementing service recovery measures as required.
• Monitor inventory, supplies and facility maintenance needs; coordinate procurement and vendor services.
