Job Summary Provide direct practical nursing care to patients in a healthcare setting under the direction of registered nursing staff. Deliver safe, compassionate care while contributing to documentation and care planning. Number of Positions 3 Main Duties Assess and monitor patient health status by taking vital signs, observing condition, and reporting changes to registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and documented care plans, ensuring accurate documentation. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice and facility policies. Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility support, bathing, dressing, and feeding when required.
