Provide assessment and treatment to clients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to improve mobility and function. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs.

Main Duties
- Assess patients' physical condition through history-taking, movement analysis, and standardized tests to identify functional limitations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and assistive devices.
- Deliver hands-on treatments and supervised exercise programs, monitoring and adjusting interventions based on patient response.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
