Job Summary

Assess and quantify the value of businesses, assets and intangible property using established valuation methodologies. Prepare clear, defensible reports and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.

• Plan and conduct business valuations and asset appraisals using appropriate methodologies.
• Analyze financial statements, forecasts and market data to determine value drivers and risks.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow and market-comparison analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive written valuation reports, summaries and supporting documentation.
• Present valuation findings to clients, advisors and other stakeholders, and address follow-up inquiries.
• Keep current with valuation standards, accounting frameworks and relevant regulatory guidance.
