Pollock Scotrans Ltd is a logistics and transport company dedicated to high standards of compliance and operational efficiency.

We are seeking a Transport Operator to work within our Bathgate depot, responsible for all aspects of transport administration and coordination of daily operations on a busy contract.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate daily service reports and other administrative duties.
• Handle all queries via email, phone, and face‑to‑face.
• Use internal and external IT systems, input orders and data into our Traffic Management System.
• Maintain effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
