Nightshift Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)
Location: Southampton
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Night Shift)
Base Salary: £44,387 + 25% Night Shift Allowance = £55,483.75

Structured training (initially for a month on days)
We are seeking experienced Nightshift Maintenance Engineer to join our maintenance team in a high‑performing manufacturing environment.
The Role
- Permanent night shift, with 6-12 weeks of day shifts during training
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of machinery and equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to reduce downtime
- Support continuous improvement and ensure smooth production operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work
