- Supporting the night transport operation and ensuring smooth day-to-day administration.
- Communicating with drivers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Managing paperwork, PODs, driver hours, infringements, and compliance records.
- Investigating and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Chasing outstanding paperwork and following up on actions when required.
