JOB TITLE: Logistics Shift Co-ordinator — Permanent Nights
LOCATION: Wolverhampton, West Midlands
SALARY: £51,967 per annum (£27.38 per hour, inclusive of 25% nights allowance)
HOURS: 36.5 hours per week | Permanent nights (Monday–Thursday 10pm–6am, Friday 8pm–3am)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent | Hourly paid | Overtime eligible
THE ROLE
We are a leading manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton, looking for an experienced Logistics Shift Co-ordinator to join our team on a permanent nights basis.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of logistics operations across the night shift. You'll ensure materials are in the right place at the right time to keep production running without disruption, while driving safety, delivery performance and continuous improvement.
You will report to the Material Service Manager and ultimately the Logistics Manager.
