Job Description
Night Shift Production Leader (High Tech, 5.5K basic)
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient output, quality standards, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate production workflows to meet targets, schedules, and quality requirements.
- Supervise and allocate tasks to team members, including scheduling and overtime management.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
