Operations Assistant (Bus Dispatcher)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts - NIGHT SHIFT
Reports To: Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor – Dispatch

Position Summary

The Operations Assistant – Night Shift supports the overnight dispatch operation to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services across the network. This role provides operational coordination, compliance oversight, administrative support, and real‑time communication between drivers, maintenance, and operations leadership.

Working under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, the Operations Assistant helps maintain service continuity, regulatory compliance, and accurate operational documentation throughout the night operation.
