1.MANAGING OF 88C JHB NIGHT SHIFT OPERATIONS
2. MANAGE & OVER SEE OPERATIONS & STAFF DURING NIGHT SHIFT
3. MANAGE, ROUTE, PREP AND PLAN ALL CARGO RECEIVED DURING THE DAY FOR DISTRIBUTION
4. PRE ALERTING BRANCHES OF INCOMING CARGO
5. LOADING AND DISPATCHING ALL CARGO AT NIGHT

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support night shift employees and team leaders.
• Ensure daily operational targets and productivity goals are achieved.
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
• Handle customer or operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit shift reports, incident reports, and productivity updates.
• Coordinate with day shift management for smooth handovers.
• Train and mentor new employees when required.
