Night Shift Logistics Coordinator – Qube, Auckland City, New Zealand
Full-time on-site position with opportunities for career growth.
Hours
Full-time permanent, Monday to Friday 6:00pm – 3:30am.
What the role includes
- Coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot while maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Process trucks in and out of the yard using in-house booking system.
- Direct and instruct truck driver movements within the depot.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure cut-offs are met.
- Reconcile driver sheets to ensure movements are correctly recorded.
- Reconcile data provided by MPI to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate acceptances, releases and deliveries of full containers.
