About the Role
As a Night Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh, high-quality meals for customers throughout the night. Working as part of a supportive kitchen team, you will help maintain exceptional standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of fresh food to company standards.
- Ensure food is presented attractively and served efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, allergen management, and health & safety.
- Support stock control, food ordering, and waste management processes.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organised, and compliant at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless service.
- Assist with food preparation for upcoming services where required.
- Contribute ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
