Job Description
This role will be working 8pm to 8am with rotational weekends at a Barchester care home. You will help residents enjoy each day by providing quality care and support, assisting with daily living, offering companionship, and ensuring that each resident receives one‐to‐one time following care plans. This is a varied and rewarding position that allows you to develop your career in a compassionate environment.
Main duties of the job
Assist residents with eating, drinking and daily care activities; support personal care and hygiene; follow care plans; provide companionship and emotional support; ensure a safe and hygienic living environment; communicate effectively with team and residents; adapt to varying activities and assist with mobility.
