Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day audit and reconcile all hotel transactions.
- Verify guest charges, payments, and cash collections.
- Prepare daily financial, occupancy, and revenue reports.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and overnight inquiries.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
