Role - Nexthink SME Years of Experience - 8 to 10 years Location - Pune Administer and support the Nexthink platform (collectors, portal, access management )Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and endpoint healt hCreate and maintain dashboards, investigations, and report sUse Nexthink insights to support incident, problem, and CSI activitie sBuild and maintain automation and Remote Actions for self‑healing scenario sSupport Service Desk and Workspace teams with proactive issue detectio nIntegrate Nexthink with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow )Key Skills :Nexthink administration (dashboards, investigations, alerts, Remote Actions )Windows endpoint environments (Windows 10/11 )Endpoint management exposure (Intune / SCCM / Jamf – preferred )PowerShell or basic scripting for automatio nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills
