Job Description
A leading scaleup is looking for an NPI engineering to join their rapidly growing company.
- Demonstrated experience in an NPI, Manufacturing, Production, or Process Engineering role within electro-mechanical product manufacturing.
- Proven track record of managing the complete NPI lifecycle, from early-stage concept through to full production ramp-up, including Design for Manufacture and Design for Test principles.
- Solid understanding of electro-mechanical manufacturing processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) and final assembly operations.
- Experience analysing production data, particularly relating to high-volume assembly and test performance.
- Ability to plan and manage NPI activities to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and task management capabilities.
