New Product Introduction Engineer

Full-time Engineering

• B.S. Engineering degree holder (ECE, EE, ME, ChE, MfgE, or related fields).
• At least three years of related work experience, preferably with a background in NPI or process engineering in the semiconductor or electronics sectors.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and customer deliverables.

Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of semiconductor and power module manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of reliability tests (AECQ101, AQG324).
• Background in semiconductor packaging, assembly and process, failure analysis, and reliability engineering.
• Required technical/functional competencies.

Functions

• Take charge of NPI and prototype build management, WIP monitoring in the protoline and mass production line, line supervision, and workability report generation.
