Key Responsibilities (Under Direct Supervision) Freshers can apply, who are very interested to work and gain knowledge. Help with Assembly: Assist senior technicians in installing guide rails, lift frames, and motors inside the elevator shaft. Manage Tools & Materials: Unload deliveries, check parts, and carry tools and equipment to the work site daily. Site Preparation: Clean and prepare elevator pits, shafts, and machine rooms before work starts. Learn on the Job: Shadow senior installers to learn how to read blueprints, connect wiring, and handle hydraulic systems.
