As a member of Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations and staff management. Your role will involve monitoring inventory, scheduling production runs, and implementing the corporate quality assurance program. This position offers the opportunity to enhance operational efficiency through improved communication with the Plant Manager and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training on Health and Safety for production staff
• Assist with the hiring and scheduling of production employees
• Monitor production performance and track deviations
