Role Overview

Based out of the Makati facility, the Network/Telecommunications Support Specialist ensures the availability, operational performance, and security of the corporate voice, data, and wide‑area networking systems. This role combines hands‑on physical configuration with network utilization monitoring and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and conduct structured preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) programs on all active data networks and physical communications equipment.
• Perform and coordinate physical installations, diagnostic testing, and technical repairs on telephone systems, data networks, and leased circuits.
• Monitor and compile regular reporting metrics for scheduled telecommunications systems operations programs and asset tracking.
