Network Project Coordinator 12 Months Brazil(Remote) Need excellent communication fluent in English We need true project coordinators and not project managers Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage scheduling of network cutover activities across multiple sites and workstreams, at the direction of the customer. Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, operations, vendors, and site contacts to ensure alignment on cutover readiness. Track and validate prerequisites, dependencies, and readiness criteria ahead of scheduled cut events. Facilitate cutover calls, including kickoff, execution, and completion checkpoints, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Maintain and update cutover schedules, trackers, and status reports to provide visibility into progress and upcoming activities.
