Job Description
An excellent opportunity has opened for an experienced Tanzanian Network Planning and Optimization Expert to join a multi-country managed services project based in Tanzania. This role requires a hands-on professional to manage and maintain network KPIs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G layers within an active NPM project environment. The successful candidate will take full ownership of analyzing drive test data, implementing live network features, and driving quality improvements independently. Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and optimize network KPIs across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies to meet strict project SLAs
Conduct deep-dive analysis of drive test logs and performance statistics to identify and resolve network degradation
Implement and verify advanced network features and parameters across live multi-layer network environments
Execute SINR-based quality improvement strategies to enhance overall network performance and user experience
