Overall Purpose

The IT Asset Management (ITAM) analyst will be an active contributor in the ITAM - (HAM & SAM) projects, helping team with creating policies, providing knowledge sharing to team, client interactions for the projects.

• Developing, implementing a software asset management & hardware asset management program.
• Developing and implementing software asset management & hardware asset management best practices.
• Experience in implementing software asset management governance policy and processes.
• Familiarity with the software/hardware asset management tools.
• Understanding of software/hardware licensing best practices.
