Job Title: Network Operations Technician (Data Centre, Johor)

The Network Operations Technician team is responsible for onsite supervision of telecom dark fiber deployment, ISP commissioning, and network operations across the Data Centre campus, spanning both project delivery and live operations phases. The team shall be responsible for supervising vendor work progress, telecom fiber deployment, and high‑risk activities, while reporting risks and schedule status to stakeholders. The team provides onsite support during maintenance, incidents, and live data hall activities, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs/MOPs and assisting with troubleshooting, migrations, and decommissioning projects.
