Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of end‑user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) to ensure stable operation of office systems.
- Maintain the office network environment (switches, routers, wireless APs, etc.), handle network connectivity issues and security incidents, including configuring switches such as TP‑Link, Ruijie, etc.
- Provide IT technical support for daily operations, including operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), office software (Office, email systems), and conferencing systems (IP phones, video conferencing).
- Manage the IT asset inventory, participate in formulation and implementation of standardized processes, and assist with system migration or upgrades.
- Respond to emergency faults and provide 24/7 on‑call support when necessary.
