Job Description

As a Network Resource Center Engineer specializing in Fault/Incident Management, you will monitor, acknowledge, and resolve network alarms, incidents, and outages. Your responsibilities include creating fault tickets, performing first‑line troubleshooting, escalating incidents when necessary, updating ticket statuses, and implementing changes and activities based on schedules and quality standards. You will also provide timely incident status updates, resolve complaints, and collaborate with support groups and team leaders to ensure efficient incident resolution and overall network stability.
