About the job Network Engineer (Perm | East)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure high availability and performance of LAN/WAN networks; monitor, maintain, and optimise network operations.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 network support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and timely issue resolution.
- Deploy, decommission, and refresh network devices in line with technology lifecycle and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and continuously improve operational processes.
- Support and participate in network-related projects; work with vendors to evaluate and enhance solutions.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for production and operational environments.
Requirements:
- Diploma in InformationTechnology, Computer Engineer or equivalent, with3 to4 years hands-on experience in network management or engineering roles.
