SUMMARY

Responsible to set standards for the design, maintenance, documentation, and upgrades of all networks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain network communication access and provide first level support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to ensure continuous network performance.
• Oversee daily monitoring and maintenance of network performance, using network management tools to detect, mitigate, and resolve issues proactively.
• Implement and enforce network security measures, such as firewalls, IPS/IDS systems, and access controls, in alignment with company security policies and industry best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures. Prepare and present reports on network performance, incidents, and changes to stakeholders.
