β’ Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for voice, data, video, and wireless services.
ββ’ Manage and update networks, including hardware, software, and VPNs.
ββ’ Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment and security systems.
ββ’ Provide advanced support for PCs, printers, and user configurations.
ββ’ Communicate issues, train staff, and assist in designing new system features.
ββ’ Collaborate with vendors for equipment selection and support.
ββ’ Ensure network security, stability, and proactive threat management.
ββ’ Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical support.
Lead technical projects and provide network-related project management.
On call schedule: Monday-Monday rotating
