Job Requirements For NETWORK ENGINEER L1

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Perform onsite rack installation, cabling, and hardware replacement activities.
• Execute configuration tasks using console access and remote management tools.
• Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis (Layer 1–3 issues).
• Coordinate with remote engineering teams (e.g., Systal engineers) during deployment and fault resolution.
• Conduct hardware health checks and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with site access, safety, and operational procedures.
• Support migration, upgrade, and expansion projects for network infrastructure.
• Document all activities, configurations, and changes accurately in service management tools.
