Job Description
**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Network DevOps Engineer will design, automate, operate, and continuously improve Cargill's global software-defined network infrastructure, with an initial focus on the Versa SD-WAN platform. In this role, you will apply modern software engineering, infrastructure as code, and site reliability practices to build secure, scalable, resilient, and supportable network capabilities.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Lead the architecture, engineering, deployment, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the global Versa SD-WAN platform, including orchestration, analytics, controllers, and branch appliances.
+ Engineer resilient WAN solutions using strong routing and security fundamentals, including BGP, OSPF, IPsec, segmentation, quality of service, application-aware path selection, high availability, and cloud and internet connectivity.
