Network Command & Control Engineering Lead

The Data Center & Network Services organization is looking for a Lead of Network Command and Control within Mastercard’s network infrastructure regionally. This role requires experience leading network operations organizations, validating network system health, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance to support the organization’s mission‑critical operations.

Responsibilities

• Incident Command & Coordination – take ownership of major network incidents, act as single point of control during high‑priority or crisis situations, drive incident response across teams, ensure role clarity.
